Bio Luminescence

Bioluminescence is the emission of light by living organisms. 

I have always been enraptured by fireflies, glowing jellyfish, bright blue waters which light up a dark night.

All the styles in our Bio Luminescent collection feature hand carved white chalcedony over a layer of thin abalone, creating a “glowing” effect from within the piece, reminding us to find the light within ourselves.
