This Ring was inspired by a Victorian Era antique snake ring from my personal collection which was brittle and cracked due to age and wear. I redesigned it to be bolder and more substantial, added diamonds to the eyes, and changed the setting of the stone in the top of the head.

Fun fact: Queen Victoria's engagement ring from Prince Albert was a snake with an emerald set in the head (gorgeous- google it!). The snake was a symbol of eternal love and emerald was her birthstone. Birthstones were common in engagement rings at the time.
